Christmas can affect our mental health in lots of different ways. It’s a time of year that often puts extra pressure on us and expectations are very high.
Christmas could affect you if you:
- find it stressful
- are missing loved ones
- feeling pressure to be perfect
- feeling overlooked
- have difficult memories
